We interviewed a number of Realtors before listing our home and chose to work with Alisha for a number of reasons. First she was very approachable and provided a custom tailored marketing plan. Secondly, she based the target listing price on her personal market knowledge and the unique setting and design our house offered. Unlike the other real estate pro’s we met with, she didn’t propose a sales price based simply on comparable sales of neighborhood tract homes with similar square footage.
