Alisha Riddile is passionate about educating her clients and crafting thoughtful, strategic plans to turn real estate goals into reality. She believes that every client, regardless of price point or timeline, deserves exceptional service, clear communication, and a trusted partner to guide them through one of life’s most significant investments.
Raised in Northern California, Alisha earned her Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal and Organizational Communications with a minor in Marketing from Azusa Pacific University in 2011. Before launching her professional career, she spent a year living in southern Spain teaching English and immersing herself in the Andalusian culture — an experience that broadened her global perspective and deepened her appreciation for community.
After relocating to New Castle with her husband Graham, Alisha began her career as Executive Team Leader of Human Resources for Target in Glenwood Springs, where she oversaw more than 125 employees. Through that role, she witnessed firsthand the challenges of recruiting and retaining talent in a high cost-of-living mountain community — and experienced those challenges personally while searching for her own first home. That experience ignited her desire to help others navigate the unique dynamics of Western Colorado’s real estate market.
Alisha entered real estate in 2015 and quickly built momentum, closing her first sale within three months of licensing. She began hosting first-time homebuyer classes to empower clients with the tools and strategy needed to compete in a competitive market. Her mission has always been simple: create clear, actionable plans that allow families to build wealth and stability through homeownership — even if the path takes time.
Since then, her dedication and strategic approach have earned significant recognition. Alisha was named Rookie of the Year early in her career and has consistently ranked among the top-producing agents in her market. In 2025, she ranked in the Top 10% of the MLS and was recognized as the #1 Agent in the Glenwood Springs Keller Williams Office — a testament to both her work ethic and the trust her clients place in her.
In 2020, Alisha launched The Embryn Group under Keller Williams Colorado West Realty, built on the foundation to advise, give, and serve. A core part of that mission includes donating 10% of every transaction to local charities, reinforcing her belief that business should positively impact the community it serves. Through the strength of the Keller Williams network and a client-first philosophy, Alisha customizes each experience across residential, luxury, land, and commercial real estate.
As a mother of two daughters, Alisha’s commitment to community runs deep. She understands firsthand the privilege of raising a family in the Roaring Fork Valley and works intentionally to create pathways for others to do the same. She has served on the Glenwood Springs Board of Realtors scholarship committees, supported local nonprofits, and actively invests in the long-term growth of her community.
Alisha believes that working with a real estate professional should elevate the entire buying or selling experience. With her strategic mindset, marketing expertise, and commitment to service, clients can expect a seamless, well-executed transaction, and an advocate who is fully invested in their success.
