Our community isn't large, and we wanted to be able to look our buyers in the eye when we met in the grocery store, after the sale. She accomplished that task while representing our interests throughout the sale process. Her knowledge of the market, of the HOA requirements, and of the City requirements gave us complete peace of mind. Of equal importance to us was working with someone who said what they were going to do, and then did it when they said they would.
